Retired Florida businessman Jack Gargan, frustrated with the country's runaway budget deficit, countered with the formation of a non-profit organization called "Throw The Hypocritical Rascals Out" or T.H. R. O, a call-to-action exposing flagrant overspending by Congress.
Broadcasting his advocacy program in hundreds of full-page newspaper ads totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars, Gargan has caught the public's attention.
He tells a live studio audience in Tampa that the deficit is like a gigantic snowball rolling down a mountain that may be already too big to stop.
