Should We Fear The Police?

The killing of Amadou Diallo by New York City police officers has sparked a multitude of demonstrations and triggered renewed charges of police brutality in the African American community.  A group of Black state troopers sought court protection that would enable them to speak out about racism within the ranks of the New Jersey State Police.  This program examines the growing schism between the Black community and police.  (2207)
